Drawing different object types like Walls and Columns using Draw How to draw masses, room, walls, column, furniture, beam, sunshade using Draw tool

In any plan view, you can use Draw to draw a room, a wall or a column. Snaptrude automatically assigns the type based on the dimensions of the mass that you draw.

You can change the mass type from Room to Wall or Wall to Column, by clicking on the type drop down in the object properties.

You can also draw rooms, walls and column in 3D view. Any mass drawn on the ground is automatically extruded to the storey height of 3m or 9'10".

You can draw beams, pergolas, sunshades or elevation elements, as well as furniture in 3D using the Draw tool.

In 3D view, click on Draw and draw on any non-horizontal surface. Draw in a full loop to complete the drawing. The drawn surface can be extruded using the extrude tool.

In Object Properties, you can assign this mass as Beam, Pergola, Sunshade or Furniture types.
