If your project feels slow—lagging or freezing—or you see a low FPS (frames per second) warning, Snaptrude may not be using your dedicated GPU. When FPS drops below 20, an alert will appear, often while opening a project or on the dashboard. This indicates that enabling GPU access can help improve performance.
Click the 'Troubleshoot' button to open the help document (linked in Note below) with step-by-step instructions on enabling GPU access.
Note:
1. Refer How to enable your dedicated GPU on Windows 10 & 11 to learn to enable dedicated GPU on your system.
2. If you 'Dismiss', you may continue to face the performance issue, hence it is recommended that you enable the dedicated GPU.
Without GPU acceleration, Snaptrude relies on integrated graphics, which may cause slower performance. Hence, enabling GPU ensures smoother and faster operation.
