Managing Licenses & Billing

Snaptrude now offers more ways for individuals and organizations to manage their teams, subscriptions, and projects. With flexible licensing plans, self-serve payments, and improved tools for organization and team management, it’s easier than ever to collaborate, scale, and stay in control of your workspace — whether you’re working solo or as part of a larger team.

License Plans

Snaptrude now offers self-serve payments and subscription upgrades directly from within the app, powered by Stripe. Three available license plans are:

Individual

Organization

Enterprise

For freelancers/small studios

For small-mid sized firms, with unlimited collaboration

For mid to large teams

Single user owned (license cannot be transferred)

Three license transfer in year

Unlimited licenses

  • Unlimited Projects

  • BIM mode and Revit Export

  • Unlimited Presentation outputs

Everything in Individual plus:

  • Teams access + library management

  • License/Team management portal

  • Custom roles for teams

Everything in Organization plus:

  • SSO + SAML + MFA

  • Open API Access

  • Directory sync

  • Customer Support priority

Note:
Upgrade Path: 'Free' ➔ 'Individual' or 'Organization'.
Enterprise upgrades require contacting Snaptrude Sales.

As a free user, you can create and edit on three projects in your personal workspace. Moreover, the following features will be pro/paid features:

  • Templates on dashboard

  • AI Adjacency in projects

  • BIM Mode in projects

To access these, upgrade to either individual or an organization license.


Organization Management

Settings Dashboard (visible only to organization admins):

  • Dedicated admin panel to manage members, billing, licenses, and rename organizations. Add users to the organization, track assigned and available licenses to prevent inviting more users than seats available. Note that the organization settings only be access by 'Admin' of the organization.

  • Add seats: Organization admins can buy seats and invite new members—automated email invites with join instructions are sent instantly.

  • Upgrade: If you wish to upgrade to 'Enterprise', click on the 'Upgrade' button.

  • Billing: To update billing details, click on 'Billing'

Note: Users can add multiple organizations to a single account.

  • Add users: Admins can add users to the organization and assign them respective roles:

    • Admin: for managing licenses, billing, and user memberships.

    • Member: for effective collaboration within assigned team spaces or create more teams. (Note: Members cannot access Organisation settings)

Note: Admins can also remove users from the Organization. Available seats increase immediately upon user removal. Removed users revert to free-tier, retaining personal projects but with restricted future creation capabilities.
