Note:
Upgrade Path: 'Free' ➔ 'Individual' or 'Organization'.
Enterprise upgrades require contacting Snaptrude Sales.

Organization Management

Settings Dashboard (visible only to organization admins):

  • Dedicated admin panel to manage members, billing, licenses, and rename organizations. Add users to the organization, track assigned and available licenses to prevent inviting more users than seats available.

  • Add seats: Quickly buy seats and invite new members—automated email invites with join instructions are sent instantly.

  • Upgrade: If you wish to upgrade to 'Enterprise', click on the 'Upgrade' button.

  • Billing: To update billing details, click on 'Billing'

Note: Users can add multiple organizations to a single account.

Flexible Roles & Permissions:

There are two roles available in an Organisation:

  • Admin: for managing licenses, billing, and user memberships.

  • Member: for effective collaboration within assigned team spaces or create more teams. (Note: Members cannot access Organisation settings)

Note: Admins can also remove users from the Organisation. Available seats increase immediately upon user removal. Removed users revert to free-tier, retaining personal projects but with restricted future creation capabilities.
