Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription automatically renews unless manually canceled. Ensure your payment details remain updated for uninterrupted service.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Users will have a 1‑month grace period where renewal is available. Post-grace, access to team spaces, templates, and new project creation is suspended.
Users will still have access to all personal projects and past invoices.
Renewing your subscription before or during the grace period immediately restores full access.
What happens if payment fails due to incorrect details?
The system will retry payment up to 4 times during your grace period.
If all retries fail, your subscription will expire as outlined above.
What should I do if I encounter payment errors?
Verify the following:
Card Number and Expiration Date: Ensure they are entered correctly. For security, card details can't be viewed or edited after entry—re-enter details by selecting "Add Card."
Name and Billing Address: Confirm these details match those registered with your bank.
Purchase Limits: Check with your bank regarding any daily or transaction-specific limits.
Are discount coupons supported?
Yes, users can redeem discount coupons during checkout—just enter the coupon code on the payment page provided by sales team.
Licenses & Access Rights
Can one user hold both an Individual and Organization license simultaneously?
Yes, users can maintain both licenses. This enables flexible management across personal and organizational workspaces.
What happens when I remove a user from an organization?
If the user is a sole-admin of any team, they must first assign a new admin.
Once removed: Their seat becomes available again and revert to free-tier, retaining access to personal projects but unable to create new ones
Can I share projects with clients without a paid license?
Yes, you can share any project with clients using the Viewer role. However, if they require edit access, they must be part of your team with an active paid seat.
Team/Admin Management
What if a team’s sole-admin leaves?
Users will be prompted to select a replacement admin before departing. The new admin receives an invitation and are made admins automatically.
Are invitation emails automatically sent?
When users are invited to organization by assigning a seat
When users are added to teams
When non-organization admin invites external users to team, email requesting admin to add them is sent
External users are invited as viewers to a project
Renewals & Reactivation
Does renewing restore all previously lost access?
If you renew Individual, your access to templates and Unlimited Projects is restored.
If you renew Organization, team and teamspace access is reactivated.
All features tied to your active license immediately become available again.
