Step 1: Open the Snaptrude Manager. Then select the workspace (and optionally the folder) where you wish to import this project on Snaptrude.
Note: Download the Snaptrude Manager for Rhino by opening a Snaptrude Project and under the project name dropdown selece Import > Rhino Files > Download Snaptrude Manager. Once the manager is downloaded, install the same to begin using it on Rhino.
Step 2: Then select the workspace (and optionally the folder) where you wish to import this project on Snaptrude.
Step 3: Map layers to the corresponding element categories in Snaptrude. To ensure masses appear as Spaces, make sure they are mapped to Rooms.
Step 4: After exporting the file to Snaptrude, set the number of stories and specify the height for each to complete the export successfully.
Once the model is brought into Snaptrude along with edits made in Rhino (in this case, facade), continue editing the spaces or export to Revit as a BIM model.
Import to Revit: Export the project to Revit using the Revit Snaptrude Manager. The model should appear in Revit including the facade modeled in Rhino.
