What you get

Free

Pro

Freelancers and small studios

Unlimited projects, BIM Mode, and Revit import and export. You can buy more AI credits whenever you need them.

Organization

Firms that work in shared teams

Everything in Pro, plus seats you can assign to members, teams with a shared Team Library, member roles and organization settings for admins.

Enterprise

Mid-size to large firms

Everything in Organization, plus Knowledge and Query with connectors to your firm's documents and past projects, SSO, SAML and MFA, Open API access, directory sync and priority support. To get an Enterprise plan, contact Snaptrude Sales.

Note: The plans modal in the app shows current prices and the full list of features for each plan. Check it before you choose a plan.

Features that need a paid plan

  • More than one project: The Free plan allows one project. To create more, upgrade to a paid plan.

  • Export: Exporting models and drawings needs a paid plan.

  • Arrange and Adjacency: Not available on the Free plan.

  • BIM Mode: BIM Mode is available on Pro, Organization and Enterprise. It isn't included in Free or Starter.

  • Revit import and export: Available on Pro, Organization and Enterprise. It isn't included in Free or Starter.

  • Team Library: A shared library for your teams, available on Organization and Enterprise.

  • Knowledge and Query: Answers questions from your firm's connected documents and past projects. It's only on the Enterprise plan, and only admins can add connections.

  • Paid features through the Snaptrude Agent: If you ask the Snaptrude Agent for something your plan doesn't include, the chat shows an Upgrade button.

Note: Templates and Design Proposals are available on every plan.

How AI credits differ by plan

Every AI prompt to the Snaptrude Agent uses credits. Turning on Fast mode in Boosts makes the agent up to 5x faster but uses 2x credits.

  • Free: You can't buy credits. To get more, upgrade to a paid plan. Clicking Upgrade opens the plans modal.

  • Starter, Pro, Organization and Enterprise: You can buy more credits when your balance runs low. In an organization, billing admins can buy credits; members who aren't allowed to buy them see the purchase option disabled.

For Boosts and buying credits, see AI Credits, Boosts and Usage Limits.

Upgrade your plan

  1. Click Upgrade on your plan card, or on an upgrade prompt such as the Upgrade button in the Snaptrude Agent chat. The plans modal opens.

  2. Pick Starter, Pro or Organization.

  3. Enter your payment details and confirm. Your new plan's features unlock in your account.

Note: To move to Enterprise, contact Snaptrude Sales rather than subscribing in the app.

Tip: If you're on a paid plan and only need more credits, use Buy more credits on the plan card instead of upgrading.

Student access

Sign up with your official university or institute email address to get a student account. Student accounts include AI credits, and students can also subscribe to Starter or Pro.

Organization plans: seats and roles

On an Organization or Enterprise plan, admins manage the subscription from the organization settings. They can buy seats, invite members, give each member a role and update billing details.

  • Admin: Manages seats, billing and members.

  • Member: Works in the teams they belong to, can create teams, and can't open organization settings.

  • Billing admin: Can only manage the organization settings page, including buying credits. This role doesn't get paid-plan design features and doesn't use a seat.

Note: When an admin removes a member, their seat becomes available right away. The removed member goes back to the Free plan and keeps their personal projects.

For renewals, payment issues, seats and cancelling, see Billing, Subscriptions and Cancellation.
