Exporting Area Statements

Snaptrude enables designers to work on their projects with real-time access to area statements, enhancing their efficiency and accuracy. There are several kinds of area charts available under the areas tab. Depending on the use-case, designers can toggle between these options.

Moreover, you can this export area statement to .csv format, for further review. To do so, Click on dropdown arrow right next to the name of the project, where you will find the Export Areas button.

The downloaded .csv file can be opened in Excel, Googlesheets, etc where the areas are categorised by Storeys. The export contains all the details of built-up area and carpet area of each space, along with the room name, and whether it is included or excluded in FAR calculations. (The FAR number next to each storey shows the portion of FAR taken up by that storey.)
