How to verify if Snaptrude Manager APIs are Whitelisted?

If the Snaptrude Manager for Revit fails to login or import the model to Snaptrude kindly make sure the IT department has whitelisted these two links:

1. ping api.snaptrude.com

2. ping snaptrude-prod-data.s3.amazonaws.com

Once the links are whitelisted, please verify the same as shown in this video here.
