Generating Sheets
Updated over a week ago

Snaptrude offers enhanced PDF export capabilities for massing models and initial concept layouts, providing a more streamlined design workflow. With this, users can customize layout plans for both concept spaces as well as BIM models with room tags, adjust font size, modify tag content, and set sheet size and scale before exporting to PDF. This feature eliminates the need for additional software, making the design process more efficient and seamless.

Configure Sheet View Settings

Once the massing model or layout is complete, adjust the view settings before creating sheets for export.

Step 1: Start by navigating to the 'Views' tab and select the 'Settings' option. The 'View Settings' tab will then appear on the right side of the screen.

Step 2: From the Texture/Monochrome dropdown, select your preferred mode. Monochrome renders the canvas in black and white, while Texture preserves the original colors of the spaces.

Step 3: To toggle the visibility of label tags, click the plus sign next to the visible tags. By default, labels are displayed with the respective areas.

Step 4: If you wish hide the areas and view only the labels, click on the 'Label, Area' dropdown and uncheck the 'Areas' option.
