Users have reported seeing the error message:
“Could not load assets. Please refresh the page.”


This occurs when critical assets required for the Present Mode experience cannot be loaded due to network restrictions.

A: The issue is caused by restricted access to certain third-party and Snaptrude-hosted URLs required to render Present Mode correctly. These URLs are currently being blocked by the internal firewall or proxy.

A: Request the IT or network administration team at your company to whitelist the following URLs:

  1. https://tldraw-worker-prod.pranav-c4b.workers.dev

  2. https://drawingcanvas.snaptrude.live

  3. https://cdn.tldraw.com
