There are several ways of creating a new program:
Import Program CSV/Excel: Import your Excel program into Snaptrude’s Program Mode to keep sheets, layouts, formatting, and formulas—perfect for managing multi-tab programs without manual setup.
Interpret Workflow: If your program isn’t in the 'Program Data' template (e.g., it’s in your standard sheet format), just copy-paste it into a new sheet in Program Mode or import it as described above. Then run @Interpret in the AI prompter to convert it into a structured format.
AI Program Creation: Start by giving prompts, uploading an RFP, or copy-pasting your custom program into a new sheet. Once generated, you can continue refining it by prompting changes or editing manually.
Direct Program Entry: Start by directly entering space labels, areas and count in the respective columns in the program mode. Use the custom calculations columns to add program related formulas.
Pro-tip: Once the program is created, you can simply filter and sort and/or copy/paste (Ctrl C + V) relevant data to sheets in the Present mode. Learn more about this in the About Program Mode article.
