There are several ways of creating a new program:
AI Program Creation: Start by giving prompts, uploading an RFP, or copy-pasting your custom program into a new sheet. Once generated, you can continue refining it by prompting changes or editing manually.
Direct Program Entry: Start by directly entering space labels, areas and count in the respective columns in the program mode. Use the custom calculations columns to add program related formulas.
Import Program CSV/Excel: Use the template CSV/Excel to create a program at your own pace and import that into the project to further edit or begin creating space layouts from it.
Interpret Workflow: If your program isn’t in the 'Program Data' template, in other words its a standard sheet format that you use, simply copy and paste it into a new sheet in Program Mode. Then run @Interpret in the AI prompter to convert it into a structured format.
Pro-tip: Once the program is created, you can simply filter and sort and/or copy/paste (Ctrl C + V) relevant data to sheets in the Present mode. Learn more about this in the About Program Mode article.
